Laurel Village
San Francisco, CA
New, contemporary finishes for the living room, kitchen, bedrooms and new upstairs bathroom distinguished this remodel, as well as the transformation of the basement into a comfortable family room. The living room features an updated fireplace surround and artwork niche built of custom match-grain wood.
A new transom, backsplash and banquette were added in the kitchen, along with refaced cabinets, new appliances and Caesar Stone countertops.
In the master bedroom we created a more open, generous feel to the room by raising the ceiling three feet, utilizing space from attic’s high gable above.
