Nob Hill

San Francisco, CA

This 1,600 sq.ft. high-rise condo renovation included a new entry, kitchen and living room, and two new bedrooms and bathrooms.

Since the building’s ceilings were concrete, we worked with the designer to develop a dropped ceiling detail that would accommodate recessed cans without losing the feel of a the full height ceiling. We also introduced a recessed curtain track system for a clean, contemporary look, and to maximize the Bay view.

Personally recommended by a good friend, which was really important to me, Dijeau Construction has a professional, loyal and courteous staff who guided me through a transparent, supportive construction process.

They understood my project’s needs, budgeted time for decision-making, contributed a good aesthetic sensibility and responded accurately to all the details that came their way—exceeding my highest expertations in terms of wonderful work and schedule.

Easy to talk to, I was very comfortable with them and trusted their straightforward, long-term view. They know how to do this right.
