In our complete renovation of this residence we tailored its Craftsman origins for contemporary living.
Added spaces on the upper and basement levels and a new ADU provide our clients with 8,000 sq. ft. of living space to enjoy, and a new outdoor deck with glass railing and rear garden hardscape optimize the property for indoor/outdoor living.
The project includes all new, high-end finishes and systems throughout, with interiors distinguished by custom cabinetry and brass details.
In the master suite Venetian plaster by Willem Racké Studio sets a serene tone, and a custom recessed medicine cabinet with touch latch is flush inset in the marble wall.
Utilizing every square inch, we transformed the formerly unused attic into elegant living space with den and office and the former basement crawl space into a wine room.
