Noe View
San Francisco, CA
Built on a site with expansive Bay views from the bones of a 1908 cottage, this new modern dwelling provides tranquility for a research scientist with an eye for detail.
The existing 1,500 sq. ft. structure’s foundations, doors, window and siding were replaced and updated to meet code and dovetail with the 2,000 sq. ft. addition.
New amenities include an electric car charging station, solar panels, radiant heat, a new garage and space for the client’s large wine collection.
The project was selected as one of a few homes on the AIA SF’s 2014 Architecture in the City Festival—San Francisco Living: Home Tours.
