Pacific Heights Residence

San Francisco, CA

Our renovation of this home has spanned numerous phases and includes a high level of customized work and an  integrated state-of-the-art A/V electronics, lighting, and security system with centralized controls.

Interior walls and ceilings were refinished with a Venetian plaster and specialty wallpapers, and we installed new doors and moldings. The new foyer floor was crafted of inlaid rosewood and hand-cut white pine.

We built a perimeter wall around the property and transformed the rear yard into an urban spa retreat. Our team engineered and fabricated the fire pit, as well as cast the fiber optic lighting and hydronic radiant heating into the concrete seating structure, patio, BBQ area and custom spa surround.

Dijeau Construction is comprised of extremely organized, personable, professionals with the highest of integrity. In day-to-day operations they problem-solve in a highly calm fashion and are adept turning concepts into reality—providing mock-ups and sound technical solutions that seem effortless. Their extremely satisfied, loyal clientele enjoys a company that knows how to support them, a memorable, efficient process and a beautiful end product.

The final phase was the garage renovation—creating a flexible multi-purpose space for the family. A cabinetry system contains storage for sporting equipments, arcade games and tools, as well as a utility sink/dog shower.
