residence is a sublime retreat for our clients and a second collaboration with their team.

The scope included a comprehensive interior redesign, structural hardscaping of the outdoor areas and the creation of a new modern steel and glass front facade.

Project planning and strategy were key to addressing
the complex logistics of the home’s steep, tight lot
line to lot line site conditions. We built a new retaining
wall and terraced backyard with multi-level outdoor
living areas, supported by sophisticated waterproofing
and drainage systems.

Highlights of the highly crafted interior include a modern stair engineered with a floating steel armature wrapped in wood, and a wine room discreetly hidden behind a tapered panel system in the open living areas.
